Weirs & Baffles

Home » Weirs & Baffles

Weir plates play a critical role in regulating water flow into launders or troughs. Our weir plates are precision-engineered using match metal die molding and are available with flat, V-notch, or square-notch crests. We offer sizes up to 16 feet in length and 4 feet in height to meet diverse application needs.

Baffle scum plates are positioned in front of the weir plates to prevent floating solids from entering the launder or trough. These plates are also produced through match metal die molding or fabrication. Additionally, our custom-molded baffle supports are available in proprietary gusseted or L-shaped designs, accommodating the use of mechanical cleaning devices. Sizes are available up to 16 feet in length and 4 feet in height.

All plates are manufactured in compliance with AWWA F102 standards, ensuring high-quality materials and performance.
